Statement of Purpose: The Pre-Conference Assembly Weekend (PCAW) provides GSR’s, DCM’s, Area Officers, Coordinators & members of Area 60 an opportunity to discuss the agenda items for the 2026 General Service Conference, (GSC).  These discussions culminate in votes that convey the conscience of Area 60, which our delegate will carry to the GSC in New York City the following week.
